Hello!

We are glad you found my website! My name is Ron VeVerka and I am the sole owner and chief inspector at my business. I inspect homes in the Sharon, Pennsylvania area as well as surrounding towns. I have over 41 years in construction experience and have completed specialized training in property inspections through InterNACHI, one of the top inspection schools in the country. I attend ongoing training through seminars at Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania as well as attending monthly group meeting in Beaver, Pennsylvania.

I live in Sharon, Pennsylvania with my wife and two cats, Tiger and Panda. I usually make appointments Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Special arrangements can be made for times and days outside of my normal work schedule. After the inspection is complete, my wife will create a report using Microsoft Excel or Word to create a report that you can read on your phone or open on your laptop for a larger view. The report is sent through your email or if you prefer, we will print it and I will deliver it to you and review my findings with you.

RESIDENTIAL Price List

Visual home inspections

1 floor Ranch Home

$350-$450

Visual inspection of interior and exterior parts of home; foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

2 story Home

$400-$550

Visual inspection, same as above, including basement and attic, Includes the property around the house.

Mold Assessment

$85 plus lab

Visual inspection and use of thermal camera to locate mold. If found, I will take some samples and send them into ProLabs for determination of the species. Lab fees are $75 for each sample , whether its a mold or an air sample.I will then recommend how to clean the area.

Additional inspections completed when you call to make an appointment.

$75 to $500

All inspections are visual inspections only. I am certified to submit water samples for the VA loans through the banks. I am certified to perform pest inspections, home energy inspections, individual garage inspections, and many more. Currently studying for radon inspections.
